At Gothic Grace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items have not been worn, damaged, and are in the original condition that you received them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund for your order, excluding the shipping costs within the 30 days. Any duties and taxes on international orders will not be refunded as the customer is responsible for paying them.
All custom orders and sale items are ‘Final Sale’ and cannot be exchanged or returned.
For sanitary reasons, ALL EARRINGS are 'Final Sale' and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in similar packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive notification from us confirming that the refund has been processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, All sale items are final sale.
We do not offer straight exchanges, however, if you would like to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange it.
If the order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact the sender to request a return. All refunds are made to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot exchange or refund without receiving the returned item.
Custom orders are non-refundable. For sanitary reasons, all earrings are final sale.
