Shipping

All orders are shipped from Canada via *Canada Post or Chit Chats.

*We reserve the right to use alternate shipping provider as required.

Processing time:

All the jewellery on this site is handmade and therefore will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise indicated in the product listing.

Standard shipping:

Orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag or gift box (depending on item) within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery in Canada and the USA. Other international orders can take approximately **2-6 weeks. Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. 

**Please note that for international orders, time may vary depending on custom clearance.

Tracked Parcels:

Orders with tracking will be sent in a lovely gift box within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 2 to 8 business days for Canada and 4 to 10 business days for USA. For other international orders, delivery times vary depending on destination. Tracking number and estimated delivery time will be provided to you once shipped. 

All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
