All orders are fulfilled from Canada and shipped via *Canada Post. The products available on this website are all handmade in Canada, and shipments will be sent via *Canada Post, based on your selection at checkout. Delivery will be made to the address specified during checkout.
We ship within Canada, to the **USA and Australia. We also ship to various other international countries; however, we no longer ship to the EU or the UK. To see whether we ship to your country, please check out the shipping rates calculator on the cart page.
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of over $100.00. Amount will be adjusted at checkout.
All orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag or gift box (depending on the item) within a bubble mail envelope.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise in the listing. If the order needs sizing or is custom-made, please refer to the listing for shipping estimates. Shipping for custom orders will be determined at the time of order.
The delivery of your package is beyond our control once it is handed over to the shipping carrier. We do not assure specific delivery dates due to variations in destination and customs processing. International packages are not classified as missing until 30 days post shipment. If you encounter delivery issues, contact us for assistance.
Shipping charges include postage, packaging and handling.
All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
