Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Canada. Orders will be shipped via *Canada Post or Chit Chats depending on selection at checkout. All orders will be shipped to the address as indicated upon checkout.

All standard shipping orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag or gift box (depending on item) within a bubble mail envelope.

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise indicated in the listing. If the order requires sizing or if it is to be made especially for you, please check the listing for the estimated time needed before it can be shipped. For custom orders, shipping can be determined at order time.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that the actual delivery of your package is out of our control once we have submitted it to the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates since delivery may vary depending on destination and or customs delay. Packages shipped internationally are not considered missing until 30 days after they are shipped. Should there be an issue with the delivery of your package, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to resolve it.

Please note that all shipping charges include postage, packaging and handling. If you pay through PayPal, please verify that your PayPal address is correct on PayPal to ensure proper shipping.

All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
