Customers should anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Canada Post is still delivering domestically and to most countries, however, some countries are unavailable right now due to the impact of COVID-19. Visit the Canada Post website for details to see if delivery is available in your area.
All orders are shipped from Canada. Orders will be shipped *Canada Post standard mail or tracked parcel as indicated in each listing. All orders will be shipped to the address as indicated upon checkout.
*We reserve the right to use alternate shipping provider as required.
All standard shipping orders will be sent in a lovely gift bag or gift box (depending on item) within a bubble mail envelope. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery in Canada. International orders can take approximately **2-6 weeks. Tracking is not provided with standard shipping. If you would like your item sooner, please contact us before you place your order and you will be advised the extra shipping costs.
**Please note that for international orders, time may vary depending on custom clearance.
Tracked parcels will be sent in a lovely gift box within a bubble mail envelope. Tracking number and estimated delivery time will be provided to you once shipped.
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise indicated in listing. If the order requires sizing or if it is to be made especially for you, please check the listing for the estimated time needed before it can be ship. For custom orders, shipping can be determined at order time.

Please note that the actual delivery of your package is out of our control once we have submitted it to the shipping carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates since delivery may vary depending on destination and or customs delay. Packages shipped internationally are not considered missing until 30 days after they are mailed. Should there be an issue with the delivery of your package, please contact us by email and we will do our best to work with you to resolve it.
Please note that all shipping charges are approximate and include postage, packaging and handling. Should the shipping charge to your country be more, we will contact you to advise you of the amount and any alternate delivery service options. If you pay through PayPal, please verify that your PayPal Address is correct on PayPal to ensure proper shipping.
All customs charges, duties and taxes on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
